For over 15 years I have passionately helped individuals navigate through life’s afflictions including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, stress and life’s transitions. , My practice is built on a foundation of narrative and cognitive behavioral therapeutic modalities however, I use an integrative approach to customize intervention strategies that align with your preferences and individual needs.
