You may reschedule appointments directly through your VinsHealth account or by contacting the provider, subject to their availability and policies. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur additional fees, determined by the provider.

If you dispute a non-refunded charge, contact us to review your case. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, at our discretion. Disputes unresolved within 30 days may be escalated to arbitration per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India) or American Arbitration Association rules (USA).
