About Us

" Life is a journey, and at times, a challenging one. Whether its something from the past, in the present, or a potential future that is giving us pause, there are many times in our lives that we may feel we can benefit from some additional support. As a provider, my background is primarily in working with those impacted by Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and relationship traumas. I also have a passion for working with queer and trans (LGBTQIA+) adults. The uniting thread through my passion for the work has been helping people uplift and embrace their true selves. ", I pull from CBT, DBT, MI and ACT approaches in my work with clients. I have lived experience as a queer and transgender person, and bring to my work my intimate understanding of the complexity of these identities. I look forward to providing my clients a space to be heard, validated, and supported as we work together towards growth and understanding. , Everyone deserves to live their life in a way that is meaningful, authentic, and safe to them and those around them. I encourage clients to reach out if they feel they can benefit from working with me. I seek to create a space that is trauma-informed, inclusive, and beneficial to anyone who is seeking support.
