I work with adults and children 8-17. I see children younger than 12 based on in person availability. If you or your child struggle with daily life, anxiety, lack of coping skills, low self-esteem, figuring out chores, organizing, history of trauma, meltdowns, outbursts, school or work struggles, social challenges, finding the right self-regulation tools, and many other common issues, I can help you. I offer parent coaching and work with divorcing and divorced families on co-parenting challenges and schedules. I also work with parents of adult children who are diagnosed with autism or ADHD. , " I am trained in many therapy modalities and work collaboratively with my clients to find an approach that works. I have extensive experience working with autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent children and adults, with or without co-occurring conditions.
