I am a licensed clinical social worker with a private practice, as well as a staff appointment at Harvard affiliated McLean Hospital. I offer a warm, collaborative and compassionate approach utilizing evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and DBT + Prolonged Exposure for anxiety disorders and trauma. I specialize in providing individualized care to teenagers and adults who are facing emotional, behavioral, and/or relational obstacles. I have extensive experience working with children and adults in outpatient, residential and hospital settings. , " In addition to my private practice, I have served as a DBT individual, family and group therapist at McLean Hospitals 3East Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Program. I have been intensively trained both in DBT through Behavioral Tech, LLC and in DBT Prolonged Exposure Therapy for Trauma/PTSD by Melanie Harned, PhD. ", I provide highly specialized services which include individual and family therapy as well as parent skills training. For clients participating in DBT treatment, I offer 24/7 phone coaching for the purpose of skill generalization. I am also a member of a weekly fully adherent DBT consultation team.
