My intention as a therapist is to help you get clear about what you need physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually so you have more energy and confidence to create a fulfilling, authentic life. Using an eclectic approach, I integrate Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Mind-Body modalities to work with the barriers that prevent you from creating the life and transformative relationships you desire. I am particularly interested in helping clients navigate internal and external relationship patterns, supporting creative expression, developing self compassion, and spiritual exploration and development. , My healing modality focuses on creating a safe space where I will support you in identifying and expressing emotions effectively; quieting the mind so you can sense your intuition; expressing your needs and setting boundaries when needed; developing self compassion, and feeling more grounded in your physical body. , I strongly value holding a space where clients are encouraged to embark on a journey of self exploration with the intention of moving towards greater balance, joy, self compassion, and authentic expression.
