This means merging our body and mind, our values and actions, and our personhood with our community. I support clients with these meaningful tools and empower them through lifes transitions by increasing insight and skill building. One such tool is using Tarot, which can provide perspective or be used as a powerful projective tool regardless of spiritual affiliation. My ultimate goal is to integrate Eastern and Western ideologies into my practice to provide effective personalized mental health care for all. ", I have 3+ years of specialty OCD/Anxiety training with a McLean hospital-trained Psychologist. My prior work with school adjustment counseling, university counseling & Eating Disorders provide unique insight to support clients struggling with school anxiety, perfectionism, neurodivergence & eating/body image related issues. I have Tarot, ADHD & LGBTQ+ certs. , My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) within a multicultural family systems framework. Moreover, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a valuable and empowering technique when working with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and body image/eating struggles.
