I have great success in child welfare, family therapy, individual therapy with a focus on anxiety, trauma and spirituality. , It is important to meet clients where they are at and provide person-centered therapy, as well as to combine CBT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic and positive psychology in our daily work. I enjoys helping patients learn communication skills and ways to handle their strong emotions in healthier ways.
