Let’s face it. Life is hard right now and the past few years have been challenging for many. Do you find yourself worrying a lot about the economy, your bank account, job, health, or the world in general? Perhaps you’re grieving the loss of a person or pet, or are anxious, depressed or just feeling stressed to the max. Maybe you find yourself snapping at others or wanting to pull the covers over your head. Or maybe you’re dealing with chronic pain or another medical issue and lack the support of others because it’s “invisible” and they don’t understand. If any of the above sounds like you, I’d be happy to help. , I am a licensed mental health counselor with 20+ years of experience in helping people and teaching them skills based on neuroscience that they can use to help decrease their stress, worry, or sadness and to manage their chronic pain or other medical problems. , Sessions with me are interactive. Empathy, validation, and a partnership approach are a vital part of each one. You are the expert on you. I am an experienced guide who can help you to reach your goals, whatever they may be, and will offer feedback and techniques to help you get there.
