About Us

I work with teens (14+), caregivers, and service providers—healthcare professionals, correctional officers, first responders, and teachers—to address challenges that prevent them from reaching goals. Many struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD stemming from financial stress, relationship challenges, and issues related to gender identity, often intensified by today’s social climate. In response to overwhelming emotions, some use negative coping strategies such as excessive alcohol use, drugs, gambling, or risky sexual behavior. We work on developing healthy calming skills and improving positive coping mechanisms. , Studied in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) by creator Dr. Marsha Linehan, I utilize this evidence-based approach that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness, to help clients manage intense emotions and navigate distressing situations. This empowers them to achieve personal, relationship, and professional goals. , My experience as a first responder in a prison setting has given me a deep understanding of compassion fatigue and the nature of crisis situations.
