We will offer support and guidance to the induvial/families, as it is necessary to have support at home in order to achieve lasting success. We will assist youths/adults in developing strategies to strengthen and empower them to achieve their goals, such as self esteem exercises, techniques to handle peer pressure, role playing to address anger management issues, activities that allow them to share their experiences and discuss strategies for making good decisions for in there lives. , We use a therapeutic approach in which we focus on all matters, above all, on building a genuine therapeutic relationship with clients. We will collaborate with you to create an open, caring, non-judgmental environment so that you feel safe sharing the struggles and challenges you are experiencing and techniques to improve matters moving forward.
