We are a telehealth parent-focused center dedicated to helping parents navigate the challenges of having a child or young adult who is struggling with behavioral and emotional issues. We believe parents need support in knowing WHAT and HOW to cope with, understand, and respond to the challenges that arise when a loved one is struggling with mental health. When parents feel nourished and empowered, they are able to guide their families back to wellness. How do we do this? We support parents thought parent coaching, Individual and couples therapy.
