I use a strength based approach to healing and problem solving, while always providing unconditional respect and nonjudgmental regard for the individuals personal therapeutic journey. ", I specialize in trauma and PTSD, and trained to work with issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, stress management, substance abuse, conflict resolution. I utilize a range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Psycho-Education. , Life can be challenging and even "messy" at times. Therapy opens a conversation around problem solving and challenging oneself to facilitate growth and movement.
