About Us

Collaboration, Transparency, Compassion, Problem-Solving. These are a few of the guiding principles I will bring to our work together as we gain a greater understanding of your goals, needs and challenges. We will create solutions and strategies for decreasing distress and increasing wellness. My goal for you is to leave therapy with a better understanding and acceptance of yourself, and a mastery of effective strategies to realize your dreams, goals, authentic self expression and wellness. , Your life history is always important in understanding yourself in the present day. Insight alone though does not necessarily bring about change. By combining insight, acceptance and self compassion, with tangible problem solving skills, we can create a plan to improve those parts of your life that you struggle with. , If you want to decrease stress and anxiety, or improve the quality of relationships with others, increase self esteem, or find yourself having a difficult time adjusting to some change or loss, or have the desire to gain mastery over self defeating behaviors, please consider psychotherapy with me. While I do work with clients on a longer term basis, I welcome short-term, solution-focused clients as well.
