About Us

Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, broken, and afraid. As a clinician, I aim to cultivate safe, supportive, and trusting relationships with my clients in order to promote healthy ways of identifying, confronting, and coping with life’s challenges. I have fifteen years of experience providing clinical services in a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health, residential addictions and detoxification, and group practice. , I have long specialized in helping families and children negotiate a range of issues within the school system. However, I also enjoy working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and addictions. Whatever the context, I am committed to employing evidence-based practices and interventions that are tailored to meet the specific need of my clients. , I earned my master’s degree from the Loyola University of Chicago, where I specialized in school social work. I have also studied psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. My approach to clinical practice, furthermore, is both strength based and trauma informed.
