Life is “life-ing.” Things are changing and you’re starting to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and irritable. Now it’s impacting your relationships, your job, your health, and how you feel towards yourself. You’re feeling unsure if this is “bad enough” to talk to someone. Learning skills to cope and connect with yourself and others can help you grow through life challenges. , My style of therapy is very collaborative and conversational as I share tools that you can use in between our sessions. My clients describe me as welcoming, witty, direct, knowledgeable, and relatable. I value our therapeutic relationship above any therapeutic model I may use. With me, you will never be judged and always be the expert on your own life! , Life can be overwhelming. You can reduce the intensity of anxiety you experience.
