About Us

I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I have worked with children, families, adolescents and adults on issues of anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and a variety of other emotional, behavioral and mental health issues. I work from a systems focused perspective where treatment draws from client strengths, is solution-focused, and client centered. I believe in being supportive and empowering clients in their journey to improve. I enjoy using cognitive behavioral techniques to address concerns such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression and general life stressors. , I have over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, incl. family work. Some of the areas i have a great deal of experience with are: PTSD, anxiety, child/adolescent issues, family conflict, grief, loss, life transitions, self-esteem, etc. I have a laid back approach, where I hope you will feel at ease when we meet. , The decision to engage in therapy is not always easy, it takes strength & courage to make the first move. I view problems and their solutions as interpersonal and relational and use a collaborative, goal-oriented therapeutic treatment approach to help clients improve relationships and expand their potential to resolve current and future problems.
