"Life is easy!" said no one, ever. Life can be quite difficult and the pull-yourself-up-by-your-bootstraps mentality causes more harm than good. My job is not to tell you how to live your life or to dole out advice, but to help you navigate how YOU want to live your life. My belief is that the client is the expert of their life. Change is scary but necessary for progression and growth. If you\re ready to take a stand for your mental health, I am ready to walk with you! , I have worked with an array of individuals, couples, families and groups. I have experience working with underprivileged adolescents, college students, disadvantaged families, foster care & adoption, the LGBTQ+ population, alternative relationships, substance abuse, sex therapy and pre/marital therapy. , " You dont have to have all of the answers and you dont have to go it alone. Having an unbiased third party to talk to can be immensely beneficial. I strive to be a non-judgmental, empathetic, down-to-earth therapist. My goal is to create a space for each person to safely engage and explore their minds and emotions. "
