I provide a personalized and dynamic approach, helping my clients of all ages move toward their hopes for enhanced well-being. I aim to help my clients gain insight into their feelings, thoughts and behaviors in a collaborative way. I believe an authentic, supportive therapeutic relationship is fundamental to our work together. I enjoy connecting with each person, helping clients to increase self-acceptance, to facilitate change with compassion, and build on strengths and capacities that already exist within. , Sessions with me may focus on relief for short-term stressors of the day, coping with life experiences/transitions, and deeper exploration addressing underlying patterns. I recognize the impact that systems and environment have on each individual. It is important to me to offer a strengths-based, identity-conscious process with a diverse range of clients. , I have truly enjoyed supporting every child, adolescent, and adult I have had the privilege of working with over two decades, and I understand the challenges that come with finding the right therapist for you/your child/you and your partner/your family.
