About Us

I am passionate about helping others help themselves. I think of counseling as teamwork, collaborating with you to help you achieve your goals. Since graduating with a master’s degree in social work from Salem State University in 2020, I have enjoyed learning to support people through a variety of challenging situations, including people in recovery from substance abuse, victims of trauma, mothers experiencing postpartum depression/anxiety, teens struggling with bullying, depression and/or anxiety, ADHD, OCD, ARFID, and people with body image concerns. , " My warmth and care for my patients enables them to open up to me and share their concerns and struggles. Im able to support them, teach them more effective strategies based on my experience and schooling, and hold them accountable to change. Working together, I support my patients wherever they are, and help them to reach their goals. ", I believe that each person is unique and therefore requires an individualized approach when it comes to therapy. Some of the approaches that I use include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Strengths-based, Person-Centered Approach, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and more.
