I work from a psychodynamic perspective, and utilize many approaches, including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices, among others. , Every client is unique, and as such, every therapeutic relationship is different. I’ll work with you to individualize your experience in therapy based on what works best for you and what you prefer.
