Greetings! With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families and communities, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their healing in the way that fits them, individually. This work has included aiding individuals living with alcohol and substance misuse, as well as trauma, depression, anxiety, strained relationships and limited self compassion. The goal for services is often to see a life free from these restrictions, to build strong and satisfying relationships and to thrive. , I am certified in Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Brief Therapy and utilize a Strength-Based and Compassion-Focused approach to meet individuals where they are. This blended, person-centered, approach results in joining with individuals along their path to healing. , Reaching out for help is a courageous task, not taken lightly.
