The goal for services is often to see a life free from these restrictions, to build strong and satisfying relationships and to thrive. , I am certified in Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Brief Therapy and utilize a Strength-Based and Compassion-Focused approach to meet individuals where they are.
