I strive to create a warm, safe environment in which clients are encouraged to explore the connections between their internal experiences (thoughts, feelings, urges), external events, and behaviors. My approach is collaborative and aims to empower individuals to make mindful choices in service of their goals and values. , I primarily use CBT and ACT, and I tailor treatment to meet the needs, age and developmental level of my clients.
