I believe that the quality of the client-therapist relationship is central to meaningful change and growth in therapy. Working together, we will create a respectful and collaborative space to address what troubles you. People come to me around many issues, including depression and sadness, anxiety, interpersonal conflict and disappointment, life transitions, sexual and gender identity, pregnancy and parenting, grief and loss, and trauma.
