About Us

" I am currently accepting new clients! My hours are primarily in the evening and on Saturday mornings/afternoons. I am a masters-level clinician committed to helping children, teens and their families. Over the past decade, I provided counseling services to students in grades K-12 as a professionally licensed school adjustment counselor and I am still active in this role. I believe that all people have the capacity to direct their lives towards positive change. ", My strengths-based approach honors each client and their unique set of skills. I hope to guide my clients through a therapeutic process that involves reflecting on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to identify patterns that contribute to their distress. I use an eclectic treatment approach some examples include motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gentle reprocessing, play therapy, social skills.
