About Us

Liberation and freedom starts with ourselves, and I’m grateful your curiosity has led you here. As a therapist, I value open heartedness, curiosity, and compassion as the foundation for client-centered healing. In this work, I’ve found that clients often show up to therapy with high insight around their symptoms, but frustration because their knowledge hasn’t led to long-term changes. In a world where people feel they need to choose between intellectual knowing versus having and expressing their feelings, I offer a third choice where we obtain harmony between our head and the wisdom of our heart. , Clients seek treatment with me for complex trauma, eating disorders, grief, chronic illness, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative care. I approach therapy through a relational, intersectional, and decolonizing lens. I primarily use bottom up approaches, such as IFS informed treatment, somatic work, polyvagal theory, and yoga, while using MI, & CBT when indicated. , In the words of ancient mantra, lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu.
