I enjoy working with clients who have experienced a significant life change. They may be experiencing mental, emotional and physical symptoms of depression, anxiety or illness. As a grief therapist and clinical social worker, I use a holistic and integrative psychotherapy model that includes: Grief Therapy, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, Narrative Therapy, Guided Imagery, Dream Work and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. , My specialty is helping you identify the ways in which your experience has affected you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Grief, one of the strongest emotional responses to life changes, is a full body experience and calls for a holistic response. Empathy and self awareness can help restore our sense of emotional equilibrium.
