Sometimes life can be a struggle: identity, relationships, environments and situations can stress our resources and lead us to lean on familiar ways of being, even when those ways do not feel useful or helpful anymore. Therapy presents an opportunity to be curious, to foster new depths of understanding, and to develop a greater sense of meaning. It also provides a space to explore ways of relating to yourself, others in your life, and the world. I work with individual adults and couples. I have experience and skill working with complex trauma and people who identify as queer/LGBTQ+. , My therapeutic style is collaborative and dynamic.
