Learn to “put these thoughts on trial” and reframe them. We will increase your capacity and confidence to deal with what comes your way. You will feel increasingly stable and peaceful. You will be able to be more present for joyful and happy moments. , I am also a Certified Grief Educator with decades of experience helping clients through death and dying. Working through grief can be very nuanced and we will explore all the facets together. Office hours are Monday-Thursday from 9am-2pm.
