" In my work with couples, as well as with individuals and families, I strive to help people create the relationships they want. I approach therapy with a warm and collaborative style, asking non-judgmental questions and using a balance of sensitivity and humor. I find that people often get stuck in patterns of relating that arent working for them, and I assist people in creating new habits, in which they feel heard, respected and cared for. ", I work to help people feel closely connected and satisfied in their most intimate relationships. I encourage people to slow down, be curious, listen for what is going on below the surface, and respond to each other in compassionate ways, rather than being defensive or reactive. We also look to see what is good and expand on those aspects. , I am deeply committed to accompanying you in a caring, authentic way as you engage in the challenge of improving your relationship.
