I have worked for 30 plus years with children and families regarding multiple issues many of which involve significant trauma. I am also a certified personal trainer and have a black belt in karate. I believe in a holistic, mind-body approach to wellness. People describe me as compassionate, warm and outgoing with a relaxed style. My experience also includes crisis work in a hospital setting. Whatever your concerns are, we can collaboratively explore your inner strengths and outside supports as a means to find a more peaceful solution. , The majority of the families I have worked with in the past have negatively experienced conflict with outside agencies including the child protection system. Additionally, I have knowledge of the courts and schools. I can help people navigate the state system. , For those of you who have never engaged in therapy but feel it may help you, I invite you to try to conquer your fear.
