About Us

Hi and welcome. I am Lynette and I am licensed in the State of Massachusetts with over 38 years of professional work experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, anger management issues, OCD, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional and sexual abuse. I have experience in helping people with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, and parenting issues as well as depression and PTSD. , My style is supportive and interactive. I am a great listener and I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I am not a believer in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, person-centered, humanistic and rational-emotive therapy. , I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
