Are you struggling and are unsure where to start? Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone. Hi, I’m Amber, and I have a passion for working with patients seeking lasting change. I provide virtual counseling to adults 18+ in the state of MA, and have worked in the mental health field since 2016. I have experience working with people facing a variety of presenting concerns including: anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, life changes/ transitions, ADHD, and low to medium support need Autism. , I believe that the therapeutic alliance is one of the most important aspects to counseling. I utilize a variety of frameworks when working with clients to tailor treatment to their specific needs. This includes, but is not limited to, a person centered, relational, neurodiverse-affirming, gender-affirming, and trauma informed approach. , As your therapist my intention would be to provide a non-judgemental space where you will feel supported in exploring current challenges, and developing a deeper connection with yourself. Clients that work with me can expect collaboration, curiosity, and authenticity in order to build the therapeutic alliance and achieve lasting change.
