I believe the client is the expert of their experience and needs merely guidance and support to address their own issues. I work primarily as an art/expressive therapist using a variety of mediums and techniques to include body-based work, somatics, Body Poetry, art therapy, sandtray therapy, CBT, DBT, EFT, and mindfulness skills. , My passion is to support women and girls to empower themselves and their communities. I am an ardent advocate for women’s issues and value my ability to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to grow and thrive. My ability to hold space, be present and bring an empathetic ear to the therapeutic process is what allows me to support clients.
