Using multicultural center approach, CBT, motivational interviewing and strength-based perspective, I engage individuals to reach their desired potential. I have over 12 years of experience working with adolescents ages 13-23, families and couples. , I understand the need to connect privately, culturally and ethnically in therapy. I have a special interest in working with professionals, multicultural populations, African-Americans, Caribbean-Americans, Hispanic, Biracial identities, transgender, LGBTQ, and all populations of people that struggle to comfortably address their mental health needs.
