Often we need to go deeper and help our brains process experiences successfully in order to step away from maladaptive beliefs and behaviors. Utilizing EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I help clients who struggle with persistent negative beliefs and behaviors including low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and attachment wounds. ", I offer traditional weekly or biweekly therapy sessions as well as tailored therapy intensives. Depending on my availability, I often am able to offer twice a week sessions to support quicker results with EMDR.
