Welcome! Over the past 16 years, I have cultivated clinical experience in residential, outreach, community mental health and healthcare settings. I am an experienced clinical supervisor, leader and clinician and am excited to bring my expertise and energy to private practice. I believe that we are each the expert on our own lives AND we all experience unique struggles that can feel overwhelming and perhaps even insurmountable. I work as a collaborator with my clients to develop tools and resources that will support their goals and build a foundation for continued self-awareness, growth and satisfaction. , " I offer compassionate, individualized therapy to adults navigating life transitions and stressors and those feeling stuck. I use an integrative approach, informed by my training in psychodynamic therapy as well as evidence-based practices, including motivational interviewing, CBT and DBT, that can be tailored to meet an individuals unique needs and goals.
