Verge Therapy has immediate openings for appointments before 2:00 PM both in person and virtual! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently providing individual therapy with the Verge team. My professional work has focused on working with adolescents, adults, and children navigating depression, self-injurious behavior, suicidal ideation, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, grief, and interpersonal challenges. I have spent much of my career working with diverse populations and have been afforded the privilege to walk alongside them in their personal journeys of growth. , I incorporate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and holistic modalities to support individuals to enact meaningful change in building their version of a fulfilling life. I genuinely believe each person is the expert in their own experience, that an important part of growth takes place in the therapeutic alliance. , A foundational piece of my therapeutic approach starts with building an inclusive, respectful, safe, and honest working relationship. I will always work to meet each client where they are in the moment while infusing humor and a down to earth approach in each session.
