I am sorry if this time I am not taking on any new clients. Sometimes life gets a little tough and it can be helpful to have someone to sort through "stuff". I have been practicing for over 10 years, working with tweens, teens, adults, and older adults. My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, abuse, and trauma. I aim to create a positive therapy experience in a calm, safe environment. , I utilize CBT, DBT, EMDR, SFT, and TF-CBT in my work. I work with Mindfulness and Relaxation.
