Seeking help in the form of therapy takes courage. I view my role in therapy as embarking on a journey with my client towards greater life fulfillment, improved quality in their relationships and in their overall quality of life. I work with adults struggling with mood and anxiety issues, grief and loss, codependency, marital issues, trauma and life cycle/life adjustment issues, inner child work and family of origin issues. I work with preteens and adolescents and include parenting and family therapy in that work when needed. I enjoy working with couples and have been trained in The Developmental Model of Couples Therapy.
