About Us

In my experience I have found that the therapeutic relationship is the most important element of a successful therapeutic experience. I use a client centered, non-judgemental approach to meet my clients where they are at and help them get to where they want to be. Our world has become increasingly stressful and as a result people are dealing with high levels of stress, anxiety and depression. I believe people are resilient and we try to work through these things on our own to the best of our ability. Therapy can offer a place of support, help and reassurance as the face the challenges of day to day life. , I enjoy working with families, children, adolescents and adults, particularly those impacted by stress, anxiety, ADHD and mood disorders. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities in my practice including play therapy, expressive arts, cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I am trauma focused and trained in TF-CBT. , " I am here to create an open and affirming space for you to work through issues that may be holding you back from living life to its fullest. It can be difficult to reach out and but I am here to help you take the first step towards a better day. "
