I work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, sleep disorders, eating disorders, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I specialize in working with college/graduate students and adults. I help individuals uncover their innate strengths, values, and abilities. Together we use these resources to bring about positive change. , I am active and engaged in the therapeutic process, using a variety of modalities to support clients in developing greater insight and self compassion while also helping to create positive change. I am psychodynamically trained and I utilize EMDR, mindfulness based practices, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and somatic oriented interventions as appropriate. , I value compassion, connection, and humor in the work and I truly enjoy what I do. I feel honored to assist my clients in their healing process.
