My areas of expertise are working with Neurodiverse Populations (ADHD, Anxiety, Autism), Self-Esteem, Life Transitions (Divorce, Separation, College, Retirement, Loss, Adjustment), Depression, Parenting/Family and Trauma. , I bring 20 plus years of diverse experience in the mental health field including inpatient, outpatient, school based, and community based therapy. Person centered treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and individualized skill building are cornerstones of my approach to helping you reach your goals. Your success is my goal. , Not everyone opens up or connects in the same way. I like to bring creativity into my sessions such as visuals, play, role play and multimedia to help people clients engaged in ways that are comfortable for each individual. As a licensed School Adjustment Counselor I am uniquely qualified to advocate for my clients and help them navigate the school systems.
