I am a mom of two and a therapist who like you has been unsure of what steps to take as a new mom. I am here to help you navigate your transition into motherhood whether you are expecting a baby or have recently given birth. , I want to help you form a strong foundation and teach you the tools you need to thrive whether you are facing increased anxiety, depression, loneliness, or feelings of loss.
