The sessions are a combination of connecting with a compassionate relationship, and guiding/coaching to become able navigate challenges in the future. I was fortunate to have data collected on my sessions at my previous job, so I can proudly say that people with stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions and many sleep problems do definitely improve with the methods that I use. , I primarily use: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Behavioral Activation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, Guided Imagery and Motivational interviewing.
