I specialize in integrative forms of healing, which means that well use a variety of approaches tailored uniquely to you. I love supporting individuals through life transitions, relationship issues, navigating polyamory/ENM, sexual desires, diving deeply into family of origin issues, navigating boundaries, processing family addiction/alcoholism, recovering from purity culture, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and more. ", I am humbly committed to anti-racism, and I aim to bring an intersectional feminist approach to my clients. I come from a queer, Jewish anti-Zionist, and Health At Every Size perspective.
