My aim is to ease emotional burdens and enhance mental well-being. I have experience supporting individuals dealing with addiction, mental health disorders, trauma, and significant stress. I welcome anyone to a safe space where they are recognized as the experts of their own lives. , I have dedicated years to serving marginalized communities and vulnerable populations, including people of color, to help balance the scales and offer essential resources and support. As a clinician, I adopt an unbiased stance and use a person-centered approach, incorporating creative interventions like art therapy, music therapy, and play therapy. , My goal is to put the client’s needs first and collaboratively create treatment plans that reflect those needs.
