As a seasoned integrative psychotherapist, I have years of experience accompanying diverse individuals who experienced issues such as stressful life challenges & transitions, grief/loss, self-esteem & body image issues, mood disorders, gender & sexual identity issues, creativity & relational problems. , My work is rooted in neuroscience research, and I specialize in building resilience & self-regulation skills for stress & trauma, and I offer EMDR (since 2004), Somatic Experiencing, and Integral Somatic Psychology. This is complemented with creative & contemplative approaches, as I am a board certified somatic therapist & a yoga/meditation teacher. , My therapeutic approach is holistic, collaborative & caring, and is creatively tailored to your specific needs. I believe that each individual carries a wisdom and deep healing power within, and see you as a whole person that is full of potential for healing and growth.
