As a solution-focused therapist, I facilitate personal growth and help patients to realize their goals by using a collaborative approach. I work primarily with individuals, and specialize in couples work; utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach that draws from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Relational Based & Solution-Focused Therapy. Other areas of clinical specialty include anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, marriage and family conflict, and dual diagnosis. I work both days and evenings and have Saturday hours to accommodate and promote flexibility for my patient’s schedules.
