About Us

Tuesday/Thursday openings starting September 2024. I believe personal growth, emotional healing, and creating lasting, positive changes in your life are possible. I draw from both personal and professional experience to provide mental health counseling for individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and substance use/abuse. Through collaborative talk therapy, I aim to support you in your process of gaining awareness of underlying issues contributing to current symptoms, as well as improving your ability to manage those symptoms. , I have a holistic view of treatment and utilize a mix of evidenced-based therapeutic techniques to best meet the needs of each individual. Techniques include strength-based approaches, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral frameworks, as well as mindfulness-based techniques. , I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults but currently work only with 18+. I particularly enjoy working with college students / young adults, covering a wide range of life challenges, such as life transitions, stress management, self-esteem, goal setting/career, relationships, family issues, and substance use.
